Brethren should notify Bro. Secretary of any change in their contact details.

Regular meetings of the Lodge are held on the third Thursday of each month, Sept –Apr.
Rehearsals are held on the Tuesday previous, and often on the Wednesday of the week before.

Provincial Grand Lodge of Oxfordshire is held on the First Wednesday of October each year. Except in 2025 it will be held at the Belfry Hotel Nr. Thame on Monday 29th September. A good turnout from Lodge members would be appreciated. 

Quarterly communications of the United Grand Lodge of England are held at Freemasons’ Hall, London, W.C.2, on the second Wednesday in the months of March, June September and December.
The Master, Subscribing Past Masters and Present Wardens may attend.

Brethren going abroad should not contact members of other Masonic Jurisdictions
without first having checked that regular Freemasonry exists in that country.
Proper enquiry must be made through the Lodge Secretary and /or the Provincial Grand Secretary.

Brother Almoner would appreciate early notification of sickness or other distress of any brother, so that appropriate support can be arranged.

Brethren are encouraged to extend their research by becoming Royal Arch Masons.
(The Wychwood Chapter meets in Burford on the Fourth Thursday in February. October and November).
